Lift Face Tone offers radio frequency facial machines and related online courses. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
With your machine purchase, you gain access to an online course providing instructions on using the machine. Course content is licensed to the buyer and is non-transferable. Lift Face Tone retains ownership of all intellectual property.
Our membership grants exclusive deals, updates, and early product releases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Customers can cancel anytime through their account settings.
Payments for products and courses must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
We ship within the UK, with varying delivery times. Tracking details will be provided once the product is dispatched. Lift Face Tone is not liable for customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
You may return unused products within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Digital content, including online courses, is non-refundable once accessed. Please contact customer service for returns.
Our machines come with a 15-month limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes misuse or damage from improper handling. If a product is faulty, an engineer will repair or replace any damaged parts within 48 hours.
Lift Face Tone is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our products or services. Customers must follow product instructions closely.
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which aligns with GDPR requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in their courts.
